I’m Kimia, a certified ICF Transition Coach who helps people navigate life’s turning points with clarity, structure, and compassion. I have personally experienced major transitions, including moving across countries, changing careers, and redefining my identity, so I deeply understand how challenging change can be and how empowering it is to step into the next version of yourself.
People know me in many roles, including managing complex projects, leading transformative travel experiences, sharing stories as a podcaster, and coaching others through change. Across all these experiences, one truth has guided me: transitions are not obstacles, they are opportunities to grow, redefine yourself, and step into your next chapter.

The first session helps us understand where you are and what you want. In each session, we explore your challenges, uncover insights, and shape simple, actionable steps you can use right away. Everything is confidential and tailored to you.
Sessions are 50–60 minutes and usually take place weekly or bi-weekly. The pace is flexible. We’ll choose a rhythm that works best for your goals and schedule.
All sessions are held online through Google Meet, so you can join from anywhere. After booking, you’ll receive a calendar link with all the details.
Coaching focuses on the future and helps you create your own solutions. Therapy looks at healing and mental health, and mentoring is advice from someone with experience. Coaching is a partnership where you’re supported to think clearly, decide confidently, and move forward with intention.
